meet Ben

Hello, my name’s Ben and I’m a fine art photographer and film-maker based in the mighty Waikato, though I photograph weddings, elopements and engagements for amazing couples all over the country.

Three years ago I brought my first camera with the intention to capture moments while I travel the world with my sport (I am a javelin thrower – check out what I get up too over on my instagram). It soon became a passion and side business while I worked as an accountant…. 300 shoots later I left the corporate world and started my own creative web & marketing agency which now consists of 12 industry-leading developers/designers/strategists – The Launch Agency .  

One of my passions is being able to capture emotion which is why I love working with couples on their special day.  I am very easy to get along with a bring a lot of humour to the table which is why couples feel so relaxed when they work with me.
